4. Cancellation Policy
Onsite Events

Registrants may cancel their participation within 3 days of initial submitted payment for a full refund, consistent with Florida Statutes § 501.204 (Fair Consumer Practices).

Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Online Content

Payments for online content are final and non-refundable, as allowed under Florida Statutes Chapter 672 (Uniform Commercial Code: Sales).

All content, materials, and presentations provided during events or on the Website are protected under Florida Statutes § 688.002 (Trade Secrets Act) and the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tri-Salus LLC and its founders harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of training materials, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws, consistent with Florida Statutes § 725.06 (Indemnification Agreements).

9. Sponsorships and Logos

Sponsors agree that their logos may be used in promotional materials, SWAG (e.g., notebooks), or onsite displays.

Use of sponsor-provided logos must comply with Florida Statutes § 540.08 (Unauthorized Use of Name or Likeness).

10. Photos and Videos

By participating in our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Such media may be used for promotional purposes under Florida Statutes § 540.08.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, notify us in writing before the event.

Participant Registration Agreement
Effective Date: 3/30/2025
1. Event Details
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Participant registers for and attends events, training, or services organized by Tri-Salus LLC. By completing registration and participating in the event, the Participant agrees to the following terms:].

2. Registration and Payment
Registration Requirements

The Participant must complete the registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including name, address, email, phone number, and role/title.
Payment
-
Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration via PayPal, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.

Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received and processed.

Cancellation Policy
For in-person events:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email within three (3) business days after initial payment was submitted to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after three (3) business days of original payment are non-refundable.
For online content and subscriptions:
-
No cancellations or refunds are permitted once access to the content has been provided.

Refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be granted at the Organizer’s sole discretion, subject to supporting documentation.
Transfer of Registration:

Registrations are non-transferable unless prior written approval is granted by the Organizer.

Participants will receive access details (e.g., event location, online platform login) upon confirmation of registration.

​Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward all attendees, speakers, and staff.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant from the event without refund for disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior.

Participation in Online Events:

Participants agree not to share login credentials, access links, or event materials with unregistered individuals.

Unauthorized recording, sharing, or redistribution of online event content is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Materials
Ownership:​

All materials provided during the event, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Tri-Salus LLC.
Restrictions:

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any materials without prior written consent from the Organizer.

Personal Use Only:

Materials are provided for the Participant’s personal, non-commercial use and may not be used to compete with the Organizer’s services.

5. Photos, Videos, and Recordings
Consent to Media Use:

By attending the event, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, or recordings that may include the Participant for promotional or educational purposes.
Opt-Out Process:

Participants who do not wish to appear in the media must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the event or inform an on-site coordinator.
Participant Media Use:

Participants may not record or photograph event sessions without prior written approval from the Organizer.
6. Liability Disclaimer
No Guarantees:

The Organizer does not guarantee specific outcomes or benefits from attending the event or applying the training provided.
Cybersecurity Disclaimer:

Participation in this event does not guarantee immunity from cybersecurity breaches, disruptions, or other related incidents.​
Limitation of Liability:

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Participant’s use or application of the information provided during the event.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection:

The Organizer collects personal information during registration to facilitate event participation, communicate with the Participant, and improve services.
Data Sharing:

The Participant’s contact information may be shared with event sponsors for marketing purposes, but only with the Participant’s explicit consent.
Data Security:

The Organizer will implement reasonable security measures to protect Participant data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of online transactions and systems.
8. Force Majeure:

The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or government actions.
9. Accessibility:

The Organizer is committed to providing accessible events. Participants requiring special accommodations must notify the Organizer at least seven (7) business days before the event.
10. Indemnification:

​The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its founders, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Participant’s participation in the event or misuse of event materials.
11. Dispute Resolution:
Good Faith Negotiation:

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
Arbitration:

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Florida.
12. Miscellaneous:
Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
Amendments:

Changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties
Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida.
